Whilst I was making my way through the throng at the Caravan, Camping & Motorhome Show last week at the NEC, I was approached by a nice lady who handed me a leaflet.
I had to be somewhere, so didn’t have time to stop and chat, but I did thank her and promised to have a read when time permitted.
The leaflet was on behalf of a company called “Tyrepal” who produce a product which is a rather good idea – and I say that as someone who has suffered a blowout on a caravan tyre and lived to tell the tale!
Tyrepal supply sensors which replace the standard dust caps and continuously monitor the pressure and temperature of the tyres.
This information is transmitted wirelessly to a monitor in your towcar.
