Tyrepal - Bugs - 24-02-2015 Excellent safety feature! Check out the article on our main website: http://www.caravanchat.org.uk/2015/02/24/tyrepal-tyre-pressure-monitoring-systems-for-caravan-motorhome-or-towcar/ RE: Tyrepal - Quarryjmiller - 13-06-2018 We use TyrePal on a trailer that we regularly tow behind our MH through France & Spain, brings peace of mind and they are a nice company to deal with. RE: Tyrepal - Tigerfish - 14-06-2018 That certainly looks impressive! RE: Tyrepal - oneputt - 14-06-2018 Some years ago I had a tyre monitoring system on a car and to be honest it was a pain in the proverbial that’s why I’ve stayed away from them. That's interesting. I had the same, after about a year the batteries needed changing and were badly corroded in the holders making it impossible to remove them without breaking the plastic. All went into the bin when I was told by the supplier it was my fault and they were out of warranty. RE: Tyrepal - huskydog - 14-06-2018 I bought a tyrepal kit about 6 months ago ,but I cant work out the instructions RE: Tyrepal - oneputt - 14-06-2018 (14-06-2018, 03:19 PM)huskydog Wrote: I bought a tyrepal kit about 6 months ago ,but I cant work out the instructions I was reading a review where someone had the same problem so called Tyrepal who agreed to take it back and set it up for them. RE: Tyrepal - Whisky - 14-04-2024 Hi all. I bought a Tyrepal system about five years ago. It was the one with the sensors thar screwed onto the tyre valves. For the first couple of years it was really good and I thought a great addition to my MH however it then started to not give readings for one of the wheels, so fitted a new battery still not working. Well try as you might it is impossible to purchase a single sensor also the rubber seals that fit into the sensors to make the seal to the tyre valves also appear impossible to acquire. So removed the lot put it back in its original box and dumped it in my shed. Bit disappointed. Whisky. RE: Tyrepal - Bugs - 16-04-2024 (14-04-2024, 07:02 PM)Whisky Wrote: Hi all. Thought the second ad. was for a full set of four but looking closer it was only for one costing £42.60 plus p&p. Wow and I thought the first ad. at £29.00 plus p&p was a bit over the top. When I bought the Tyrepal system five years ago the entire thing was £60.00. Will have to have a think about it. I do appreciate you efforts in finding these. Thanks again. Whisky. |
