Can't wait for the Semi's

So Derby got Gary Rowett, do you think Derby sacked McClaren so quickly as they thought Rowett may have been a Norwich City target?

Now that was some game tonight....Leicester beating Sevilla 2-0 and through to the quarter finals. Schmeichel saved another penalty in this game after saving one at Sevilla in the away round, so ensuring they won.

Dipped in & out (Footy v National Trust!), but a cracking game to see. Well done Leicester.

RE: Footy Chat - nelliethehooker - 15-03-2017

Riggers will be on tenderhooks tonight. Things are not going well for M/C as Monaco have scored 2 goals already, and if this score stays City will be going out. City have to score 1 goal at least to have a change of progressing.

RE: Footy Chat - nelliethehooker - 15-03-2017

Big goal for City... there back in front, but definitely need a second goal to ensure progress to the next round.

RE: Footy Chat - nelliethehooker - 15-03-2017

Ah well, they couldn't hold out. Monaco score in the end and finish 3-1 winners on the night, 6-6 on aggregate but with Monaco scoring more away goals than City they go though to the next round. Will it be Leicester v Monaco in the quarterfinals I wonder?

'Boro sack Karanka.
It's been on the cards for a while methinks.
