We are rooting for you Yeovilites! Watching game on TV. Love the ground, proper dug outs!

The old Yeovil ground used to slope.....

RE: Footy Chat - Takethedogalong - 26-01-2018

Quite like Yeovil. I once spent two days there for an interview, Goldenstones Leisure Centre.

Did you spot the deer damage on the pitch?!
Anyway onwards to the second half. Heart

Yeovil played well but ran out of steam during the second half.

RE: Footy Chat - Rosa - 26-01-2018

Yes, I think they did, good to see the locals up against a team like ManU.

RE: Footy Chat - Tigerfish - 27-01-2018

The DCOS (Paula) is quite up set, but given that MU are Premiership and Yeovil are 21st in Div 2, I thought that Yeovil did well to hold them to 0-1 in the first half. Even to 2/3rds through the 2nd half it was only 0-2. But even I will admit that Yeovil ran out of steam with 10 minutes to go and the 0-4 end result was justified. But how many bottom of div 2 teams could have held MU off that long?

A decent draw for Swansea which has taken them out of the drop zone, at least for the time being, but the Baggies suffered another defeat and are stuck at the bottom. Arsenal are giving it to the Toffies tonight.
