A 21-acre caravan park in Scarborough has been put on the market for the first time in 29 years with vendors hoping to generate offers of about £4m.

Colliers International’s parks agency team has been instructed to sell Cayton Village Caravan Park, a 21.3-acre caravan and camping park in Cayton Bay.

The park was purchased by its current owner Carol Croft in 1989 and has been developed, operated and expanded over the past 29 years.

It will take a fair few vans staying for many nights to recoup that amount.

I don't know the site, but Cayton Bay is a very popular destination. Quite a few of my ex works colleagues were very fond of going there, and I think one or two stored their vans there as well. It looks tidy enough, not our sort of place though. Looking at the photo, I am guessing cars have to be parked elsewhere?
In our home, dog fur is a fashion accessory! It's also a condiment....... Yay!  Heart
