I junk almost all that sort of mail immediately. My greatest fear is that one day I'll dump a real one. But I don't think many proper organisations would e mail anyone if it was that important they would write!

Anne got scammed and lost £4,500. She has been reimbursed by the banks, and everyone seems to think that's OK now. But it's not! Some thieving scrote has still got away with £4,500. OK, they've stolen the bank's money, not ours, but they have still stolen money, so it is not OK!

They are scum and should be really punished very severely if caught! Making an example of them will deter others!

Today I received a text from an unrecognised number, supposedly coming from our daughter, saying that her old phone had fallen in water and was now unusable and asking that we contact her by "wahtsssapp" on a number supplied!! There were two more tests, from different numbers just with that number highlighted. I did ignore them all, but looked them up on the What's my number
Web site. The first one was from a Hutchinson mobile, the second from an EE mobile and the third from Hungary. All reported by news spam/scam.
