There is an interesting article in this months CAMC Oct. magazine (or advert for Transporter Energy) they have a Merc sprinter fitted with 6x 100ah Lithium batteries and 400w solar panel I think and using no LPG. There is an example of 6 day use on there website https://www.transporterenergy.co.uk/part...r-uk#day-1 but are plugged into ehu on day 6.

Its a good example of what lithium batteries are capable of doing. Along with LPG would be great off-grid. Maybe when they become more mainstream the price will also drop!
