I watched some of it, as I was channel hopping between Wales v USA,the England game and the Scots game, I got so confused I went to bed early

Penalty shoot outs are never a good way to decide a win. However, Scotland won and it opens the possibility of further success.

Not with an ex Baggies Manager, he was good as an assistant at Chelsea but his first proper job at Albion he failed miserably
