Noticed that you're using metal utensils TF, these will damage the non stick surface, better off using silicone ones.

Thanks AD I didn't realise that we were talking about different grills!
However I thoroughly recommend the 2Cook2 it comes in its own bag which holds everything in place and can be plugged in and working very rapidly. Ideal for our 2 berth MH with limited space compared to our big caravan of earlier days. Its only the size of a small suitcase.
Thanks for the tip about silicone tools I hadn't given it a thought, but you are correct of course!

You're more than welcome TF, the non stick coating is so good and very durable it'd be a shame to spoil it. Little tip, after use and cleaned, wipe over with a piece of kitchen towel with a drop of oil. It's then ready primed for next use.
